Our Sales Directors and Office Managers view themselves as coaches. Their sole focus is to help you grow your business and to help you take it to the next level. Jack Gaughen’s unmatched coaching platform provides you with the guidance and accountability required to achieve success.
Mentoring
  • The Sales Director/Office Manager’s role is to provide you with invaluable tools that will keep you on track to achieve your personal goals.
  • They do not compete with you in any way.
Productivity and Action Workshops
 
  • Your JGR manager’s role is to teach you the real estate business, along with providing you with all the support and training to meet and exceed your professional goals.
  • You and your manager will meet with once a week to make sure you stay on track. You will be enrolled in the Business Development Program where you will meet weekly to help you increase your business and take charge of your success.
  • You will be coached and held accountable to your personal business plan.
Prospecting Scripts and Effective Presentation Skills

As part of the Business Development Program, you and your manager will have Power Sessions where they will teach you how to prospect so you can create business at will. Your JGR manager will teach you how to handle buyer and seller objections as well as effective presentation skills.
Performance Coaching

You can enhance your skills and overall proficiency through performance coaching. This unique partnership between you and your manager help you grow as a real estate and marketing professional through the use of best practices and proven selling techniques.
